The brand’s personality:
Developed a clear, emotionally resonant brand narrative that captures Raising Hustle’s mission to blow the lid off the polished Instagram version of motherhood and entrepreneurship and instead spotlight the real magic and mess that happens in the in-between.
Refined the brand voice to feel candid, witty, conversational, and deeply relatable, creating messaging that feels less like a brand talking at people and more like an honest conversation with a friend. Established foundational messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across the podcast, website, social media, and marketing touchpoints.
Created the name Raising Hustle to encapsulate the balancing act of ambition, motherhood, identity, and modern entrepreneurship in a way that feels both relatable and memorable.
Developed the brand tagline, “Mom first. Boss always.”, giving the brand a concise, ownable statement that captures its core message and audience connection.
Designed a visual identity system that reflects Raising Hustle’s mission to define what “having it all” actually means for modern motherhood and entrepreneurship. Crafted a logo that balances femininity, energy, honesty, and professionalism while still feeling approachable and real.
