Moxie Made is a boutique branding agency that utilizes both strategic thinking and skilled graphic design in a tailored creative process for entrepreneurs looking to present their ideas to the world thoughtfully and visually.

Our Roots

Started in the state of fast horses and slow pours, Moxie Made originated in small-town Kentucky as a side hustle by Hayley Kruth. After years of working in the small business sector, learning the ins and outs of starting a business, creating brands, and executing to fruition, Hayley decided if they could do it, so could she. The rest is history.

Originally from Louisville, KY, Hayley moved to Charleston, SC with her husband after starting Moxie Made in 2019.

Prior to working for herself, she worked in the small business sector, learning the ins and outs of starting a business, creating brands that mean something, and executing to fruition. This has included maintaining  brand identities, creating organic content for social media, designing various digital and printed assets, pitching to the media, and handling all written material about the business.

From a craft whiskey distillery in Louisville to a coworking space in Bowling Green, to now helping entrepreneurs present their ideas thoughtfully and visually, Hayley has an earned skillset in marketing, publicizing, and branding businesses that were once just a great idea.

Savannah is a flexible, driven designer with a passion for coming up with innovative, effective and holistic visual solutions. Her goal is to create powerful storytelling through distinct visual language to help forward-thinking clients succeed in digital culture. Her background includes corporate, agency and freelance design experience.

Prior to freelancing and working with Moxie Made, she worked for an advertising agency whose clientele was primarily in the vacation and tourism market across 11 different cities. Her work with this agency consisted of ads, rack cards, websites and editorial pieces for restaurants, hotels, shops, activities, and attractions. Other clients that she has worked with include government contractors, medical practices and associations, nonprofits, retail, personal care and more.
